Many doors had closed in hopes of having straight teeth and from my first visit with Dr. Cha, I was able to put wings on my dreams again. I chose this office out of a few I had consultations with because of the friendliness, cleaniness, comfort, and positive attitudes. I was treated as a person, not just a patient. I was in pretty bad shape when I ame in, but that did not deter this team. I still have a long way to go but my experience with this office has been unbeleivable. Amazing experience! The office staff made me feel at home everytime I came in.
They are all so friendly and sweet. Dr. Cha explained things very well. He never rushed me, did exactly what I wanted him to do and let me ask all the questions I wanted to.
